It has access to the creek via an enchanting private Boardwalk that is shared with the other villa in the property, the big sister Boardwalk. Ground floor consists of a large double bedroom with a door opening into the swimming pool, a bathroom and a stylish large living room with large doors opening into the swimming pool area and an open plan dining/ kitchen/ bar ambient, also opening into the pool. First floor comprises of a large double bedroom, another large room with two double beds and a private balcony. These two rooms are sharing a large bathroom. Another room with double bed and ensuite bathroom complete the accommodation for a total of 10 people. There is a large rooftop terrace ideal for sundowner and parties. The house is very breezy so air conditioning is not needed. All rooms have fans and mosquito nets.
