Guests typically pay us a deposit of KES 1000-10000, with the deposit terms specified in our agreement. The remaining balance is settled to you directly.

Vamos offers an internal messaging tool for pre- and post-reservation communication between hosts and guests. For off-site bookings, we link you with the guests immediately after they pay a deposit
Payments to you are made by the guests directly, after they pay a commitment deposit to us.
Hosts can cancel reservations through the Reservations section on the Hosts Dashboard. However, cancellations should adhere to policies, to avoid inconveniences. Full refunds must be issued to the guest upon cancellation by the host.
