Guests typically pay a deposit of 30 to 50%, with the deposit terms specified in our agreement. The remaining balance is settled upon arrival or according to our agreement.

Subject to terms, client refunds are processed directly to the payment method used for booking.
Anyone who meets the specified terms and conditions can become a host with Vamos.
Vamos offers an internal messaging tool for pre- and post-reservation communication between hosts and guests. Contact sharing and off-platform transactions are prohibited for security reasons.
Payouts are made through Mpesa once your payment details are set up. Payments occur in two stages: upon guest deposit and before or upon guest arrival. Final payments may be made directly by the guest to the host
Hosts can cancel reservations through the Reservations section on the Hosts Dashboard. However, cancellations should adhere to our policies, as penalties may apply. Full refunds must be issued to the guest upon cancellation.
