1. Vee & Booking Process
Vee is our smart booking assistant, trained on 10+ years of tourism data. It helps you search, inquire, and book instantly. Anytime!
Send your dates, destination, group size, and budget via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or our site. Vee will instantly guide you to available homes.
Vee handles the early process. Our human team steps in for follow-ups, special requests, and any manual confirmations.
To confirm your stay, you only pay 50% upfront. From this, KES 1,000–10,000 goes to Vamos to activate and manage the booking. The rest is paid directly to the host.
2. Payments, Refunds & Safety
Yes — if the host cancels or there’s a verified issue. Refunds are subject to host terms and processed within 21 business days.
M-Pesa, card, and bank transfers are all supported. Hosts typically receive their balance directly via their preferred method.
Absolutely — as long as you’re using our verified pages and numbers. Never transact with unofficial agents.
3. After Booking
Once your facilitation fee (KES 1,000–10,000) is received, we connect you directly to the host for final planning.
Only if the host agrees. If not, it’s best to cancel and start fresh.
Vee offers steps for common issues. If it can’t resolve it, our team will step in to ensure fairness.
